Operations Assistant
Laura is the Operations Assistant at Avant Respiratory, supporting both our Moncton and Fredericton clinics. She helps patients schedule appointments, navigate their sleep care journey, and ensures they feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. As our insurance specialist, Laura works closely with patients to help them understand their coverage and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. She also provides leadership to our administrative team, helping to create a positive experience for both patients and staff. Passionate about continuous improvement, Laura is always looking for ways to streamline processes, enhance patient care, and improve the overall clinic experience. Building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them achieve better sleep is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.
