Supporting clinics across British Columbia and Alberta, Shaylee has grown with Avant Respiratory over the past nine years through a variety of leadership roles, helping build strong teams while creating positive experiences for both patients and staff. Shaylee believes strong relationships are the foundation of exceptional patient care. She enjoys helping people grow, finding better ways of doing things, and creating an environment where both patients and teams feel supported. When she’s not at work, Shaylee loves spending time with her husband and daughter, whether that’s exploring the Okanagan, planning their next trip, or treasure hunting at local thrift stores. She’s also a firm believer that you can never have too many mugs.
